2. PURPOSE, BASIS AND PERIOD OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Receiving a response to a submitted inquiry:
- the data provided will be processed in order to answer the question asked via the contact form or by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address provided on the website;
- the legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. GDPR;
- the data will be stored until the reply is given and the correspondence is completed, and in the absence of a reply to the reply from Hamar Poland Group sp.z o.o. no longer than 3 months.
Receiving an offer or establishing cooperation:
- the data provided will be processed in order to present an offer and present a proposal for cooperation;
- the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR and art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR;
- the data will be stored for up to 3 months from the end of contact – if there is no willingness to establish cooperation by either party. In the event of cooperation, the period of storage of the personal data provided will be determined by separate provisions between you and Hamar Poland Group sp.z o.o.
3. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
- Your personal data will be used in accordance with the purpose of their processing;
- Your personal data is not transferred outside the EEA (European Economic Area);
- Hamar Polska Grupa sp.z o.o. reserves the right to disclose personal data to authorized state authorities based on relevant and applicable legal provisions.
4. RIGHTS OF PERSONS WHO THE DATA CONCERNS
- you have the right to access the data provided, to rectify it, delete or limit processing, as well as to transfer data. In addition, at any time, you may withdraw your consent to the processing of data expressed at the time of asking the question – however, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before the consent was withdrawn;
- you have the right to object to the processed personal data;
- you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if you believe that your Personal Data is being processed in a manner that constitutes a breach of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016.
5. CONSEQUENCES OF FAILING TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA
Providing your Personal Data is fully voluntary. The consequence of not providing Personal Data is the inability to send an inquiry and the inability to receive a cooperation offer.
